Brands department provides a wide range of services for a well known over-the-counter products. Based on the exclusive rights to sell and market certain brands in the Latvian market, SIA Oribalt Riga employees in close cooperation with producers or their represetatives analyze potential market, register or submit all the necessary documents to the State authorities for legal purposes, set up sales goals, plan marketing activities and do necessary pre-work for launching of these products. As SIA Oribalt Riga works as a full line wholesaler, we have knowledge, experience and resources to deliver these products to any Latvian pharmacy or grocery.

We provide hospital tender service by gathering regular information about the announced public, municipal and hospital tenders. We participate in these tenders in close cooperation with pharmaceutical and other manufacturers. We have experience and understanding of participating in tenders and fulfilment of signed tender agreements. We perform supply planning, control and monitoring of the inventory and contractual deliveries, document circulation, as well as prepare reports to the responsible institutions and manufacturers.

Oribalt takes care of the whole logistic chain of clinical trials materials and medicines including cold and ambient temperature controlled deliveries. Moreover, the growing trend in the pharmacology field involves the use of third-party contractors to obtain the required comparator compounds. In this respect we provide expertise in the logistic of receiving, storing and shipping the comparators at the same time alleviating the problem of parallel import of comparators.

We provide the procedure of labelling of medicinal products in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and the requirements of the Latvian law. This includes pasting of labels approved by the respective manufacturer on the package of the products as well as addition, insertion or change of a patient leaflet into the secondary package.
